When it comes down to facial aesthetics, balance is at the base of everything. 1. Traditional Neck Lift
For years, the neck lift was the only way to reduce the most visible signs of aging on the neck. This surgical procedure addresses sagging skin, weakened muscles, and excess fat on the neck and jawline. 2. PrecisionTx™
The PrecisionTx™ is a minimally invasive alternative to a neck lift. This treatment uses laser contouring for men and women with mild to moderate skin laxity. It is an ideal option for patients who are just starting to notice the effects of neck aging and wish to postpone the more invasive surgical option. The PrecisionTx™ restores a defined and firm neck appearance through the use of three small incisions (one located under the chin, and the other two located just beneath each ear). Laser fibers are inserted through these small incisions, and a blend of laser wavelengths are dispersed to heat and tighten tissue by stimulating the production and formation of new collagen. This procedure requires less downtime and recovery compared to that of the traditional neck lift and results gradually begin to show over the course of three to four months.
3. Renuvion™
The Renuvion™ offers the best of both worlds: surgical-like results with a non-surgical procedure. Renuvion™ uses a unique combination of helium plasma and radiofrequency energy to treat moderate skin laxity on the neck. This non-surgical and minimally invasive procedure is one of the safest methods available to address unwanted skin laxity because of the low temperatures with which it heats the tissues. This low temperature allows for the most precise treatment possible and causes less trauma to the surrounding tissues. During this procedure, the Renuvion™ handpiece delivers cold helium plasma underneath the skin to tighten tissue and stimulate collagen production for extended results, and as Renuvion™ does not require large incisions, it is often considered to be a scarless neck lift. Renuvion™ can be combined with liposuction if excess fat and fullness on the neck is present.
